When you place an online or off line order with Promoshopping you are entering into a contract between you as a single entity, the company or organisation you represent and Promoshopping and thereby placing your order you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
A full payment is required before dispatch, and payments could be made via the below avenues: By cheque, or by bank cheque, or by credit card (plus a surcharge of up to three and half percent (2.0%) of the Price), or by direct credit, or by any other method as agreed to between you and Promoshopping.
We endeavour to have accurate pricing however prices and products are subject to change without notice.
If the order amount is reduced after the quotation, the price will change. If the order is already in production it cannot be changed in any way or be cancelled. Due to production and manufacturing processes, the quantity of some goods may vary from the quantity originally ordered. The variation may be up to 5% over or under the original specification and is considered fulfilment on all orders.
All returns must be authorised by an invoice number provided by Promoshopping. Claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Claims made after this time will be not considered. Promoshopping reserves the right to determine if a product is faulty and be replaced, not credited. If Promoshopping determines the goods are not faulty, customer will be liable for all postage costs incurred.
Promoshopping will strive to deliver within the time frame specified but in no circumstances will be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever caused directly by and interruption in or failure of delivery. In the event of any delivery of service to be made by Promoshopping being delayed by floods, war, accident, fire, perils of the sea or river, transport delays, influx of orders, failure of manufacturers of other suppliers to Promoshopping or any other cause of unforeseen event ceases to affect the same Promoshopping will not be accountable for consequences of any delay in delivery resulting from any cause or contingency.
Promoshopping shall in no event be liable for any damage or costs incurred as a result of the accuracy of product information and specifications enclosed in this website. It is your responsibility to make certain the product you purchase is suitable for the proposed use.
